Itinerary
Norway
Touch down in Norway, a country of evergreen forests and sparkling seas, and travel to Hove on the south coast.
Settle in and get to know your team. Take part in icebreakers, share what you’re excited about and agree how you’ll support one another and take responsibility throughout your adventure.
Get a good night’s rest and get ready for the days ahead. Rugged coastlines, wild islands and ancient forests are waiting to be explored, together as a team.

Hove
Wake up and dive into adventure life. Start the day by meeting your ground team and building teamwork skills through games and activities. You’ll work together to prepare for the days ahead, sharing responsibilities to help keep things running smoothly.
Head into town to get to grips with the local currency (Norwegian krone) and stock up on food. Once the essentials are sorted, take part in a sea kayaking safety session to get ready for your paddle.
Then grab your boots for a short hike - a great chance to stretch your legs and take in your new surroundings.

Hove
Spend the next two days exploring the coast by sea kayak and immersing yourself in Norway’s wild beauty.
Meet your guides on the beach in Hove and learn essential paddling techniques before setting off. Kayak through the sheltered waters of the stunning Raet National Park, gliding past kelp forests and rocky islands. Support your teammates as you tackle new challenges, building confidence and working together along the way.
Reach your island campsite, pitch your tents and cook up a team dinner under the stars. Then take some time to talk through the day together.
As the sun rises, take a morning ferry to the charming town of Arendal to explore. After some time on land, return to the island and paddle back to Hove through quiet bays and turquoise waters.

Raet National Park
Boots on, daypack loaded, time to hike. Today you’ll explore Raet National Park on foot – one of just four marine national parks in Norway.
Although almost all of the park lies beneath the sea, it’s also packed with brilliant hiking trails. Set off through the coastal landscape, following tracks through forests, meadows and bogs, and support one another along the way.
As you hike, look for signs of the ice age. A huge glacier once covered this area. When it retreated, it left behind vast amounts of stone, sand, gravel and clay, creating Raet’s unique pebble beaches and underwater landscapes.

Arendal
Today’s challenge will take you to new heights - literally. Head deep into the forest, where tall trees hide an epic high ropes course. Clip on your harness, grab your helmet and take to the treetops.
Test your nerve on swinging ladders, rope bridges, balance beams and zip lines high above the ground. Cheer your teammates on through each obstacle and celebrate everyone’s achievements along the way.
Then swap the treetops for the coastline and take on an exhilarating coasteering adventure. Scramble across rocks, explore the shoreline and plunge into the water as you work together to tackle each new challenge. Whether you’re stepping outside your comfort zone or supporting someone else through theirs, today is all about courage, teamwork and having a go.
As the day draws to a close, gather round for a final celebration dinner with your team. Share stories, swap highlights and raise a toast to everything you’ve achieved together.

Norway
After a week of adventure, it’s time to travel home. Cram everything into your backpack and head to the airport.
Check in, sit back and let it all sink in. You’ve explored Norway’s wild landscapes, stepped outside your comfort zone and taken on challenges you might not have thought you could. Along the way, you’ve built confidence, worked as a team and found out what it means to have each other’s backs.
Take time to reflect on how far you’ve come, the skills you’ve developed and what you’ve learnt about yourself. Your adventure may be ending, but the friendships, memories and confidence come home with you, ready for whatever comes next.
